Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all eco-friendly tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
